Ladies, if you are looking to take your strength training from machine-based exercises, to free weights and beyond, then this class is for you! Each class session will focus on a different element of free-weights training: from beginner lifts, program design, and progression in the weight pit, to Kettlebells, bands, TRX, and functional tools such as slam balls and boxes. We will debunk a few fitness myths, while empowering one another to make this coming year the strongest, fiercest one yet!
