Monday & Wednesday, 1600-1700 @ Spin Room

This fast-paced hour begins with HIIT-style spin cycling, moves into total-body/core strength training, and ends with 10 minutes of multi-muscle stretching.
~30 minutes: high-intensity spin cycling
~20 minutes: functional strength training
~10 minutes: restorative stretching
